WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING

MARCH 8, 2023 – MEETING ROOM

The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

Present: Holtz, Johnson, Sabourin, Fabijancic, Bowen and Barnhart-Smith

Absent: Pray

Also Present: Asst Chief Fabijancic and Clerk Rumsey

Bowen moved and Fabijancic seconded to approve the agenda as written. Motion carried.

Johnson moved and Sabourin seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Motion carried.

Reports:

Township Board: Re-tabled two Harvest Park Special Use Permit Renewals, received update on Harvest Park Road dedication and went over legal counsel’s general guidance with respect to actions or statements made by the Township, its elected officials and employees in regard to the Library millage proposal.

Board of Appeals: None

Board of Review: March Board of Review is scheduled for March 13^th and 14^th by appointment.

Reports & Announcements: Chairperson Holtz reported on calls he received in regards to request for zoning information. Clerk Rumsey reported receiving Notice of Draft Master Plan Update from Delhi Township. Supervisor Slucter gave an update on Harvest Park Road dedication.

New Business:

Discussion was held on Stillwater Brand Michigan Special Use Permit. Information has been received that they may have vacated the premises when their lease ended. No one from Stillwater Brands was available for comment. Sabourin moved and Bowen seconded to table Stillwater Brands Michigan Special Use Permit renewal until next regular meeting on April 12 2023 to obtain further information. Motion carried.
