WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING

JANUARY 11, 2023 – MEETING ROOM

The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

Present: Holtz, Johnson, Pray, Sabourin, Fabijancic, Bowen and Barnhart-Smith

Absent: None

Also Present: Asst Chief Fabijancic and Clerk Rumsey

Pray moved and Johnson seconded to approve the agenda as written. Motion Carried.

Sabourin moved and Bowen seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Motion Carried.

Reports:

Township Board: Adopted resolution for Windsor Estates water system, approved covering cost of sampling 14 water supply wells for groundwater survey, tabled Creyts Road Exchange Special Use Permit renewal and revoked Unitech Labs Special Use Permit.

Board of Appeals: None

Board of Review: Approximately eight items were addressed at the December 13^th Board of Review. Meredith Barnhart-Smith was appointed to the Board of Review starting in 2023.

New Business:

Johnson moved and Sabourin seconded to retain Sandra Pray as Secretary. Motion Carried. Sabourin moved and Fabijancic seconded to retain Fran Johnson as Vice Chairperson. Motion Carried. Sabourin moved and Barnhart-Smith seconded to retain Brian Holtz as Chairperson. Motion Carried.

A review was conducted on Lake Life Farms Special Use Permit. Holtz moved and Johnson seconded to recommend to the Township Board to approve the renewal of Lake Life Farms. Special Use Permit.

Ayes: Bowen, Fabijancic, Pray, Holtz, Johnson, Barnhart-Smith and Sabourin

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion Carried.
