SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 29, 2022

Supervisor Slucter called to order the Special Meeting to enter into closed session to discuss township attorney’s legal opinion at 7:30 pm.

Present: Slucter, Rumsey, Fritts, Piper and Pray

Absent: Myers and Pisano

Piper moved and Fritts seconded to approve agenda as written. Carried 5-0.

Hear Public Present for Agenda Items: None

Rumsey moved and Piper supported to enter into closed session to discuss with the township attorney about pending litigation In re Green Peak Industries, Inc., Case No. 22-1119-AS, which if discussed in open session would have a financial detriment and impair any settlement or litigation strategy.

Roll call was taken: Ayes:   5    Nays:   0    Absent:  2  .

Motion Carried.

Township Board went into closed session at 7:32 pm.

Piper moved and Pray supported to come out of closed session.

Roll call was taken: Ayes:   5    Nays:   0    Absent:  2  .

Motion Carried.

Township Board came out of closed session at 9:10 pm.

With no further business, Supervisor Slucter adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:10 pm.
