Roll Call

Present: Ammarman, Bogi, Reznick, Slucter Absent: Roesner

Also Present: James Gallagher, Village Manager; Greg Hughes, WWTP Operator; Betsy Kelly, Recording Secretary.

Treasurer's Reports/Bills

The February 20, 2020 and February 29, 2020 Treasurer's Reports were recorded as presented. Motion by Reznick, second Slucter, to approve payment of $39,248.59 in bills and transfers for February 20, 2020. Motion carried. Motion by Reznick, second Slucter, to approve payment of

$23,974.83 in bills and transfers for February 29, 2020. Motion carried .

Minutes

Motion by Reznick, second Bogi, to approve the minutes of the January 16, 2020 regular meeting as present ed. Motion carried.

Communications

Hughes reported on the March 18, 2020 sewer main break and also submitted a written report. (Copy attached.)

· There was no additional Village report. There was no additional Township report. Open to the Public

Old Business

1. No old business was presented.

New Business

1. Ammarman presented the Meetings Proceedings Resolution. Motion by Reznick, second Slucter, to approve the resolution. Motion carried.

2. Ammarman introduced the bylaw amendment to include approval of the agenda. Motion by Reznick, second Bogi, to approve the amendment. Motion carried.

3. Ammarman introduced the proposal from Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. to evaluate the wastewater treatment plant's ability to treat phosphorus. Motion by Slucter, second Reznick, to accept the proposal as presented. Motion carried.

With no additional business, Ammarman adjourned the meeting at 7:26 p.m.
