WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – OCTOBER 14, 2020

The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

Present: Holtz, Sabourin, Pray and Collins

Video/Teleconference: Kelley

Absent: Johnson

Also Present: Asst Chief Fabijancic and Clerk Rumsey

Holtz moved and Pray seconded to approve the agenda as written. Roll Call Carried 5-0.

Sabourin moved and Holtz seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Roll Call Carried 5-0.

Reports:

Board of Trustees: 1) Approved Resolution to amend sewer agreement with the Village of Dimondale adding a property on Walnut Hwy to Sewer District No. 7. 2) Approved renewal of Property and Casualty insurance. 3) Approved the appointment of Roderic Collins Jr. to the Planning Commission.

Board of Appeals: None

Board of Review: None

Reports & Announcement: The next Planning Commission meeting is on November 11^th, which is Veterans Day and the township office is closed. Pray moved and Sabourin seconded to move the November meeting forward one week to November 18, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Carried 5-0.

New Business:

Holtz moved and Pray seconded to set a Public Hearing for Creyts Road Exchange Co Special Use Permit/Site Plan Review for November 18, 2020. Carried 5-0.

Unfinished Business:

Discussion took place on Master Plan/Zoning Ordinance. The structure of the Master Plan has been put together. Working on the improvement plans for the Lansing Road corridor. The restructuring of the Zoning Ordinance is coming together.
