The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

 

Present:  Holtz, Johnson, Pray and Pisano 

Video/Teleconference: Kelley and Sabourin

Absent: Brija

Also Present:  Asst. Chief Fabijancic and Lisa Rumsey (Clerk)

 

Johnson moved and Pisano seconded to approve the agenda as written.   Roll Call Carried 6-0.

 

Johnson moved and Pisano seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Roll Call Carried 6-0.

 

Reports:

      Board of Trustees:  At last night’s meeting 1) An update was given on 9995 Billwood Hwy. 2) Proceeding with Dangerous Building Ordinance for burned house on Jolly Road. 3) Amended budget for cemetery and Social Media Consultant. 4) Approved Supplemental Agreement No. 8 with the Lansing Board of Water and Light. 5) Clarified section 2, item L in cemetery rules. and 6) Affirmed a denial on a FOIA appeal.  

 

      Board of Appeals:  None

 

      Board of Review:  None

 

     Reports & Announcement:  The draft zoning ordinance and master plan revisions are nearly complete.  The plan is to have them distributed to Planning Commission along with a revised work plan in June.

New Business:

An annual review of Bay County Holdings Special Use Permit was conducted. A progress report was given on status of licensing and site plan.   Pray moved and Johnson seconded to approve renewal of Bay County Holdings Special Use Permit for another year, as they have met requirements.  New expiration date 5-22-2021.

Ayes:  Johnson, Holtz, Pray, Pisano, Sabourin (Videoconference) and Kelley (Teleconference)

Nays:  None

Bay County Holdings Special Use Permit Renewal Approved:  6-0-1.

 

A progress report was given on the building remodel and status of licensing for Premier Meds.  An annual review of their Special Use Permit was conducted.  Pray moved and Johnson seconded to approve renewal of Premier Meds Special Use Permit for another year, as they have met requirements.  New expiration date 5-14-2021.

Ayes:  Johnson, Holtz, Pray, Pisano, Sabourin (Videoconference) and Kelley (Teleconference)

Nays:  None

Premier Meds Special Use Permit Renewal Approved:  6-0-1.
