WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING – MARCH 11, 2020

The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

Present: Holtz, Sabourin, Pray, Johnson, Pisano and Kelley

Absent: Brija

Also Present: Asst. Chief Fabijancic AND Lisa Rumsey (Clerk)

Johnson moved and Sabourin seconded to approve the agenda as written. Carried 6-0.

Pisano moved and Johnson seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Carried 6-0.

Reports:

Board of Trustees: Adopted the Adult Use Marihuana Zoning Ordinance Amendment and Approved the Sheriff’s Contract. At Special Meeting last week, approved the Zoning Administrator to issue citations for the Vermontville Hwy property and approved the Supervisor and Zoning Administrator to have the ability to issue citations for Civil Infractions and Public Nuisance Ordinance.

Board of Appeals: None

Board of Review: Last day for the March Board of Review is Thursday, March 12^th from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

New Business:

Pray moved and Sabourin seconded to schedule the Public Hearings on New Genetics Special Use Permit and Green Peak Industries Special Use Permit for the next regular meeting on April 8, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Carried 6-0.
